Lee Bowyer is a great player who will run his heart out. I admire players who gave everything on the pitch. Win or lose, I will always cheer this kind of player on - Lee is one of these players. Above all we are questioning Steve Bruce. If he believes in Lee then so should we !!!! |

Sinisa Mihaijlovic is a great player skillwise (more so than Bowyer). But would I like to see him in my team, a person who has publicly associated himself with racist groups and even well known criminals, no. |

Brucey wants Bowyer and we should back his judgement,Bowyer is a wholehearted player who would have been a good addition to the team,he won't be joining now and thats a shame,he is a very good player and would have fitted in with the blues. |

Isn't amazing how the Pro LB section always get back to name calling and abuse. I don't think many people were doubting his ability it was his character due to previous incidents and what effect that might have on the team and the dressing room. LB will have no loyalty for Blues he hasn't for any of his previous clubs bar Leeds where he was sold tbf, due to finances. If he came to the Blues upset the whole team made two or three of our key players move on and then upped sticks and left for another club would you all be worshipping him....I doubt it!! |

The point is that even if you have some skill, it isnt enough if you have no class what-so-ever. Exactly the reason why scousers dont want to see Diouf in their team, EVER AGAIN, even when they would have use for a player like him during next season. |

Coming from a TOON fan, Lee Bowyer has been a great professional for our club and only lost his head once with Dyer. He is never seen out on the town (kluivert, Dyer, Bramble, Babayaro etc) and has been one of the only players to show steel in the middle of the park this season for us. He will be missed if he goes (the standing ovation he received from the home fans the game he came back from his suspension says it all...) and welcomed back if he stays. Quick point Lee was NOT convicted of any crime in the Leeds incident, Woodgate was, nobody seems to mention that... |

Yes, he must have been completely innocent in the incident. Just decided to eat a burger and watch how his mates almost killed another person. A great personality by all means, just the kind of guy Iīd like to be associated with. |

I suppose your right, after all Jermaine Pennant didn't do anything like the alledged criminal activity that Bowyer was involved in.....???? |

Pennant made the odd mistake, I believe he has learned his lesson. Bowyer however has shown no signs of changing his attitude.
Preparing for my test in the university, how so? |

So do you Lads want Bowyer or not?? We will happily sign a petition for to send him to you, might even have a whip round for his train fare. http://www.nufcforum.co.uk |
